About the event

Our world is moving faster than our minds and bodies are capable of keeping up with. Rarely do we slow down enough to process and integrate what's happening around us - many of us find ourselves either emotionally or physically taxed, or both due to the constant input of stimulation. Come learn what happens when we operate under constant stress, how practicing mindfulness particularly in nature or through connecting with the natural world can support us to handle the constant stimulation and stressors we are faced with! Led by Nature-informed & Licensed Mental Health Therapist & Yoga Teacher trained facilitator Nathalie Savell.
