I'm so psyched and thrilled that so many of you expressed interest. I finally got the details nailed down and I can't wait to get started!
The first group will be held via my client portal website: SimplePractice.com. When you register for a group or multiple groups, you will then get access to the portal where you will sign an agreement and receive a link to the video chat.
It will be bi-weekly starting November 2nd, Mondays 5pm-6pm EST
There will be a limit of 10 participants so register ahead of time if you know you want to attend! We're going to have first-come, first-serve registration for the first two months, and then I'll be sending out a survey to see how we want to proceed - whether or not folks are feeling like a commitment would create a better container.
Any questions, please feel free to email me at
Otherwise, looking forward to seeing you on the 2nd!
Registration information is here.
Here's to community, support and connection!

What Step-moms are saying about participating in past groups:
"The Step Mom Strong support group gave me skills to be able to build a relationship with my stepson. It gives me a place to turn when i need advice and things get hard. Ladies who understand the struggle. Nathalie was a life/relationship saver. I couldn't be happier that i joined her group!"
-Amanda Gagnon, Stepmom to 10 year old boy
"I can tell stepmom's who haven't had this experience that it's so worth it! Nathalie is the person who put me on the path I've been following the past couple years. She taught me that a lot of the expectations I thought were on me, I was putting on myself. There's a lot of love and support - but also some straight-talk, no BS reminders that more often than not, we alone are responsible for the state of our lives!" - Charlene Jackson, Step-mom to ages 8 and 11
"Each week, we focused on different aspects of ourselves and how to bring back boundaries and personal needs...things I hadn't even considered since I joined my blended family. Who was I before? What mattered to me? It is OK to retain those things while loving this new situation. So much of what was said made me appreciate my blended family (including my partner's ex) and gave me the tools to negotiate myself within my current situation. I'm amazed how often I say "In step mom class they said...." Nathalie created that! I'd do any of it again!" - Alex Olsen, Step-mom to a 12 year old girl and 13 year old boy
