The Community Hike will be set up as follows:
9:30 - Gather at trailhead
9:30-9:45 Opening mindfulness and grounding practice, group intros
9:45- 10:15 Walk and talk
10:15-10:30 (depending on weather) mindfulness practice/silent nature therapy activity
10:30-11 Walk back
