Would you like to be able to step into a more positive, more grateful attitude more often?


One way to do this is to literally train our minds like muscles so that we can have more mental strength to focus on what we want to focus on, rather than letting our minds run amuck and go cray cray with old habitual, negative thoughts.

Meditation and mindfulness is one proven way to do this!


Because I know this and teach it to my clients all the time, yet struggle to be consistently practicing it, I decided to run a 30-day meditation accountability group starting April 1st!!


It will include short and sweet video instruction on:


* What happens when we're stressed, anxious or angry to our brains and bodies and how Mindfulness works to help us in these states


* A variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques so that you can choose what works for you


* Ways to successfully incorporate at least a 5-minute practice into your busy life!


* Encouragement to check in regularly and get support!
