Life Coaching is for you if:
* You feel like you have a level of self-awareness, maybe you have been to therapy previously.
* You do not have a diagnosable mental health condition.
* You are action-oriented and open to feedback even if it's difficult to hear (in a supportive and loving way, of course!) :)
* You consider yourself a fast learner and like to make progress and see results!
* You know you would benefit from accountability, support, and structure.
* You feel kinda stuck, ill at ease with certain aspects of your life and your ready to make changes and be true to yourself!!!
Life Coaching is NOT for you if:
* You really just want agreement with the reasons you see for your problems and you love and believe your excuses ;)
*You don't want to take responsibility for the things that aren't working for you in your life.
* You have a history of severe trauma that you've never spoken about.
* You want to be treated for a diagnosable mental health condition.
