Join us for this free community event! Discover the benefits of spending intentional time in Nature, learn some new mindfulness tools to support your stress and anxiety, and meet some new faces.

About the event
This event includes an opening mindfulness practice, a 20 minute walk in the woods, a mid-walk mindfulness in nature practice, a 20 minute walk back, and a closing practice.
You will learn reasons why spending time in Nature is beneficial for your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health, the importance of building a respectful relationship with Nature, learn skills to support and minimize the impacts of stress and excess stimulation on your mind and body, and practice tools to take with you in everyday life.
This hike is facilitated by a licensed professional therapist, and certified Nature-Informed therapist Nathalie Savell.
