About the Event
Each week we'll come together to practice what we teach our clients - using mindfulness and nature we'll take the time for ourselves to fill our proverbial cups. Each we will focus on a different self-care topic, process and reflect together as we move our bodies on a hiking trail, and set intentions to bring with us in the following week. This is the therapists opportunity to invest in themselves and a chance to turn inward.
